TRICORDER TR 560 MK 7

The TR 560 Medical Tricorder incorporates over 235 sensors, into the body design. This standard Tricorder is an upgrade to the TR 560 MK 6 design. Gone is the scanning wand, the unit has a fully enclosed scanning array in the front, replacing it. This model Tricorder underwent several minor changes throughout it's use, and was used at the same time the MK 6, and MK 5 was deployed, between these only minor differences in physical characteristics exist. The over all capacity of them were nearly equivellant.
This Tricorder Prop saw a very long life span. True it was released during ST:TNG, while the MK 5 & 6 were both retired before the series end, but it was also used in ST: Generations, as well as ST:DS9 and ST: Voyager. Down through the years The props recieved several paint schemes but always remained true to the original intent of the design.
