STARFLEET SCANNER CIRCA 2151 A.D.
SCANNER

The scanner used by early Starfleet in 2151 was capable of several advanced functions, which included acting as a remote control, for various devices, including a life sign sensor, metalurgical analyzer, chronometric meter, database, and basic meteoralogical sensing system. The pop-up display was used to provide access to the touch screen and to activate the unit.
The Scanner prop was used in ST: Enterprise. We feel it's a brilliant design, and want to see more stuff like it. The prop to the left is a fan built version, and is not accurate to the actual prop.
